She helped us with our buying process in less than a months notice of getting out of the home that we were renting. She was readily available and always willing to help. She always called us and texted us everyday with updates on new homes and existing homes in the area we were interested in. Carolyn takes her job very seriously. First and foremost for us was her understanding of our situation regarding the sale of our home after having lived there for 42 yrs. And then with that in mind, her professionalism and 5 Star (*****) attention to so very many of the details involved. She has so much experience with sales that there was no ‘problem’ that we thought we had that she didn’t come up with one, two or more ways of solving it. And hands-on? Like an octopus she was! And, for me, most importantly was my nervousness, my hesitation at looking into such a huge endeavor on my part. When I picked up the phone to call her I said a brief but mot serious prayer for God’s guidance. My heart was racing but I made the call. Carolyn came over very soon thereafter and I relayed my ‘fears’ to her. She listened, and then went on to say she would most certainly like to assist us in selling our home. After going over a few projected steps we would need to take, I agreed to proceed. Then (and this was and still is so very cherished) before she walked out our door, she turned and asked “So how is your heart doing now?” – so very, very caring and kind. We love her.

She regularly scours online listings and goes to open houses in her area to learn about new listings. I was a difficult client in many ways, but Carolyn was always polite, professional and not easily discouraged.
